A large part of our revenue stream comes from repeat customers who join our membership program. All Hand & Stone locations take walk-in and one-off visits, but we aim to build lasting relationships with our customers to keep them coming back for regular spa services. Our membership program offers promotions, discounts, and nationwide access to spas, making our self-care services more accessible, affordable, and enticing.

We also offer several non-member incentives as well. Service enhancements, upgrades, gift cards and retail products are a few additional ways we boost sales in our spas. This diversity of modalities allows for a diversity of revenue.
